Primus Quality Services provides NDIS audit preparation, compliance consulting, and registration support services to NDIS providers across Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Pre-audit services and gap analysis
- NDIS registration support and guidance
- Surveillance audit preparation
- Verification audit consulting
- Ongoing compliance consulting and support
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Primus Quality Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your organization
- Grant timely access to relevant documents, policies, and procedures
- Implement recommendations provided by our qualified auditors
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and materials
- Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms
4. Professional Standards
Our qualified auditors adhere to the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines. We provide expert guidance based on current NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements. However, we cannot guarantee specific audit outcomes, as final certification decisions rest with independent certification bodies.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared during consultations, audits, and assessments will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:
- Fees are payable as outlined in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Refunds are provided only as specified in individual agreements
- All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, checklists, and methodologies provided by Primus Quality Services remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for their internal compliance purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we provide expert guidance and support, Primus Quality Services is not liable for audit outcomes, regulatory decisions, or business consequences resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Australian law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
